Customer responsibility

It is the customers responsibility to reveiw product descriptions, images and sizes thoroughly before purchasing pieces.
It is your responsibility to organise refunds in the required time frame

Customs

Upfront payment is required before the begining of creating your special piece
Cancelations are not accepted after beggining the making process
Refunds will not be accepted for anything other than warranty policy
Customs will fit into my creative capacity, I will not copy pieces made by other jewellers

Made to order

Made to order pieces can take between 1 week to 6 weeks depending on the requirements of the piece
I always intend to create the piece in a timely manner though as I do not want to keep you waiting an uneccesary amount of time, I know how exciting it is to have something beautiful coming your way!

Return, warranty and Refund Policy

Terms of returns

Returned within 14 days of purchase
Returns after 14 days only accepted due to warranty policy (see below)
Exchanges are not accepted due to the nature of the pieces being small batch made

Warranty & returns

To ensure customer satisfaction each piece comes with a 12 month warranty policy, valid from date of purchase
The warranty only covers returns when the piece is faulty due to no fault of your own and care instructions have been followed

Damaged due to your own fault
Sale items
Damaged due to not following care instructions
Returns after 14 days due to any other reason that is not covered by warranty
Carelessness in looking after your pieces
You changed your mind

State of return

Unworn
Undamaged
Piece is in the same condition it came to you in
In original box or bag

Custom items

Custom item returns are not acepted for any other reason that is not covered by warrenty

Process for return

Contact Earth creature via email, instagram or 'Contact' box

Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)

You will be refunded once the piece has been received and reveiwed appropriately. This may take up to 7 business days after receiving the piece back.
